Simply Margot and team(known as “we”, “our” or “us”) ask that you abide by the terms and conditions that follow, and or any other terms and conditions that may appear on the site from time to time(collectively known as the “Conditions”). Use of the Site at any time constitutes an agreement with the Conditions that follow. We reserve the right to revise these conditions at any time. When changes are made they will be posted here. You agree to check this section periodically to be aware of any changes and continuing to use the Site will continue to be an agreement to abide by the Conditions herein. If you do not agree to these conditions, please do not use the Site.
2. Data privacy and security
All interaction with the Site are performed over Hyper Text Transfer Protocol using a Secure Socket Layer. All credit card information is encrypted. Refer to the privacy policy for detailed information.
3. Shipping and returns
Shipping policy
All order of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. Standard shipping charges of $10 per item shipped applies to any charges less than $100. Orders will be shipped by the next business day. Large orders are shipped out a week after the order has been processed to allow for printing and packaging time.
Return policy
Because the items on the Site are handmade and/or are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event your product arrives with a defect, we will make an exception. Please use the Contact Form or send an email to margot@simplymargot.com in order to contact Margot at your earliest convenience.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is needed upon placing the order. Once full payment is received, the orders will be processed and shipped along the previously stated shipping policy.
5.Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may in our discretion limit or cancel the quantities purchase per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include order placed by or under the same user account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or the billing address and/or phone number provided at the time that the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit order that, in our sole judgement, appear to be dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. Product information
We provide Handmade Crafts, Cards, Books, Handmade Art, and Printed Art to customers.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from the Site that you receive isn’t described as shown on the Site, please contact Margot using the contact form page or email her at margot@simplymargot.com.
7. Disclaimer of warranties; Limitation of liabilities
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained through the use of our service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use the Site or the products therein, is at your sole risk. In no case shall Simply Margot or anyone involved with the day to day operations of Simply Margot, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including and without limitation: lost profits, lost revenue, lost wages, lost saving,]or any similar damages whether based in contract, tort(including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Site or products and/or services procured using the Site, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Site or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omission in any content, or damage of any kind incurred as a result of use of the Site or any content or products that have been posted or otherwise made available by the Site. 8. Disputes
Any dispute relating to any activity on the Site or the purchase of any Simply Margot products and/or services shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Spokane, Washington, unless you have in some way threatened or violated the Site’s intellectual property rights, whereby we may seek an injunctive. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 1116 W Riverside Avenue, Suite 100, Spokane Washington US 99201-1106.

The entire content included in the Site, including, but not limited to text, graphics, images, products, or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Simply Margot and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
